Within our Independent Living program, you’ll be able to choose from a variety of floor plans for your private apartment – studios, studio alcoves, one- or two bedrooms, many with patios, balconies or courtyard views – which you rent on a month-to-month basis. There are no expensive buy-in fees or long-term leases.  In addition to all of services and amenities, you’ll enjoy three meals each day in our Grand Dining Room – or use your own kitchenette.

For those who need a bit more attention, our Assisted Living program provides personalized 24-hour care that includes assistance with medication management, hygiene and many other essential activities. An emergency call system is within easy reach, and you can also take three meals daily in the Dining Room or enjoy the privacy of your kitchenette.

Seniors with memory loss, Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia will find quality Memory Care at The Terraces of Roseville, where our goal is to offer each resident a meaningful and satisfying quality of life. Our specially-trained and compassionate staff engages residents with attention to detail, empathy and concern that considers their social, psychological, spiritual and physical well-being. Specialized activities and services are offered, with three meals and snacks daily.

Enhanced Personal Assistance is also available to augment our basic services – including personal laundry, escorted transportation, medication management, personal hygiene care and more.
