There’s a kitchenette in each apartment, but three full meals are served daily restaurant-style in our elegant dining room.

Our independent retirement lifestyle meets the diverse and changing needs of today’s active senior adults. In your private cottage close to both our main campus and downtown Newport, you’ll enjoy a life that’s connected and convenient. Amenities include one meal per day of your choice in our dining room, a full kitchen with dishwasher, a washer and dryer, monthly housekeeping and more.

We’re also happy to provide customized Personal Assistance – for services such as medication management, hygiene, nighttime care and more – for those who prefer additional help with their daily routines.
