Michael O’Rourke, Co-Founder and Chairman
Michael’s 16-year professional career has been devoted to the seniors housing industry. Michael brings extensive expertise in structuring acquisitions, divestitures and asset leasing. Michael sources new development and acquisition opportunities and participates as a director for the Westmont Companies. Michael has owned and operated assisted living communities since 1996 and co-founded Westmont Living, Westmont Development and Westmont Construction.
Andrew Plant, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Andy has 25 years of experience in real estate and development, with 16 years dedicated to seniors housing. Andy has owned, developed and operated assisted living communities since 1996. He is actively involved in formulating and implementing Westmont’s growth strategy through development and acquisitions. Andy is co-founder of Westmont Living, Westmont Development and Westmont Construction as well as a Pacific Northwest assisted living management company.
Bernard Wheeler-Medley, Chief Operating Officer
Bernard oversees facility operations, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. He has over 12 years of executive and quality service experience in the senior living industry.
Leo McKinley, Chief Financial Officer
Leo is a Certified Public Accountant. He has over 12 years of experience as an accomplished financial manager.
Jackie Budrovic, Vice President of Resident Services
Jackie is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Administrator for residential care facilities for the elderly. With over 20 years of experience, she has focused on improving resident care from technical assistance to employee training.
Roxanne Gooding, Regional Director of Operations
Roxanne is a Licensed Vocational Nurse and a Licensed Administrator for residential care facilities for the elderly. With over 15 years of experience, including as a Vice President of Resident Services for a multi-state operator, Roxanne is uniquely qualified to provide regional support for the operations of Westmont communities.
