How the Peace of Mind Satisfaction GuaranteeSM Works:
- Peace of Mind Satisfaction Guaranteesm applies to your base rent only. Personal care services, community fees, and other charges are excluded.
- If you are not satisfied within your first 60 days of residency and desire a refund of any unused rent, simply notify the Executive Director of your request and complete the Peace of Mind Satisfaction Guaranteesm Request form indicating your desired move-out date. We will also waive the usual notice requirements and return any refundable deposits, less any damages, to you.
- Peace of Mind Satisfaction Guaranteesm does not apply to residents living in memory care or guests in our Rest Assured Temporary Stay® program.
